If you read our blog, and of course you do right? Then you’ve probably noticed the name John Jantsch posted a few times. Who is this John Jantsch character anyway? And what does he have to do with independent pharmacy?

Well to be fair, John has nothing to do with independent pharmacy, but why he matters is because he has everything to do with marketing small businesses. In fact some of our other favorite words are know, like and trust. One of the tenants of John’s work is that people to do business with those that they know, like and trust. One of the ways to get folks to know, like and trust you is to generate unique and interesting content to share with them (kind of like this blog post!)
